All items that are 'in stock' and ordered before 11am will be sent out on Fedex delivery the same day. PLEASE NOTE that items purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday due to Fedex collecting from Mon-Fri! If you would like us to despatch your goods on a saturday by royal mail then please contact customers services for information!
If the item is not in stock we will contact you the same day as ordering to inform you that delivery will be within 3-7 days.
If an item is out of stock and you do not wish to wait up to 7 days we guarantee you an immediate refund after we have contacted you to inform you that the item is out of stock.
